Guess there's going to be some construction in my office, so they had to dissassemble some stuff. It was very difficult to focus on my work with all of this going on behind me. And so I took pictures of the progression instead! :) Behold:

Day 63... back on track. Maybe

Well I left for work on time. But there was a time warp between my house and work because I got there 30 minutes late. 

I got off of the super backed up highway to take a super backed up 95th street instead. Ugh.

Days 57-62

Yeah. I fell a little behind. So here's what I'm gonna do:

A weeks worth of updates in one!! :)

Here goes. No guarantee there's a picture for everyday, but I'll try.

Tuesday: Dinner with the Funk clan + a few more. Lots of laughter, and lots of AMAZING food!

Wednesday: Went to the Ex-roomies house to watch some Glee: Madonna style!

Thursday: Went with the youth group to assisted lifestyles to spend some time with the residents there. Played lots of cards. Didn't get a pic of it so:

Friday: MOVIE NIGHT! We had a outdoor movie night with the high school girls. SO much fun! We bundled up and watched the original 'Shall We Dance' on a projector. Some snacks, warm beverages and LOTS of Fred and Ginger!

Saturday: Got to finally meet my friend's fiancee at their wedding shower:

Sunday: HALLOWEEN! Kids came over for Vicki's birthday and then to go trick or treating. This is Colton hamming it up for the camera:

Monday: Skyped with my sister for a minute and snapped a picture of her and the kiddos:

And there you have it. I promise to try harder next time. Otherwise, as my parents said, I will be grounded.

Today was frustrating for so many reasons. Let's just talk about traffic.

One reason I want a different job:

I'M SOOOO TIRED OF THE DRIVE!!!

It's about a 25-30 minutes, depending on if I'm coming or going... and of course if there are any accidents:

It's never a good thing when the highway is backed up onto the on ramp and you are hearing sirens. Two separate accidents on the way home today... the second one looked really bad. I so hope that I'm never on the other side of that issue... reason to be thankful, I suppose.

I adore those kids. Have you realized this yet?
